What changed in these documents. The code's changelog is its git history; this is only about what a reader of these pages would notice.

2026-10-24 — Open beta: accounts are free and start with credits

Access is no longer by invitation. Creating an account is free, and while open beta is on the signup page says how many credits a new account starts with (three, enough for one Deep report, with no card and no confirmation email). Reports still cost 1 to 3 credits by depth (Snapshot, Market or Deep); a report that produces no evidence is never charged; card checkout is not connected, and bring-your-own provider keys are not enabled on the hosted version.

2026-10-22 — What the alpha does, on every page

The docs now say what the hosted alpha does. Paid reports are by invitation and cost 1 to 3 credits by depth (Snapshot, Market or Deep); card checkout is not connected, and bring-your-own provider keys are not enabled on the hosted version. The AI-visibility check is marked parked. DataForSEO supplies the search data for invited alpha reports and the beta weekly search check; its AI lanes stay parked, and the free read never calls it.

2026-10-22 — For agents: the connector as it is

The MCP section lists all nineteen tools: seventeen that read saved brands and reports, and two that quote or run a pull, which need a key with run_pulls. Assistants connected through OAuth (Claude or ChatGPT) are read-only.

2026-10-22 — Five model calls

The provider pages now name the fifth model call, the AI-visibility grid. It needs the Vercel AI Gateway and is parked in the alpha; the other four fall back to OpenAI directly.

2026-08-18 — For agents

A new page for a reader that is not a person: service-account API keys, the MCP endpoint and its four tools, idempotent retries on the pull endpoint, and the contract-version promise on report responses. /llms.txt points here.

2026-08-18 — The docs became a site

One page became thirty-eight, on Fumadocs, with a sidebar, full-text search, and a page per check and per provider. Not one sentence was re-typed: every page is generated from src/local/docs-catalog.mjs, which is where the prose already lived. Every anchor the old page published still answers on /docs.

2026-08-18 — Four model calls, not two

The quality review and the confirm-step suggestions shipped, which made the page's own claim of "exactly two model calls" false. The models page now names all four, what each may do, and what each may not.

2026-08-18 — The docs were written

The first version: one page, five sections, slug-shaped anchors, and every sentence stored as structured data so that this migration would be a generator rather than a rewrite.
