Plain English, and short, because it describes a small product. If something here is unclear, we would rather fix the wording than argue about it.
Who provides the service
What the service is
You give us a website address. The free read looks at that site’s homepage and a few of its own pages and shows its logo, colors, type, images and linked profiles. A full report reads more of the public record and selected commercial data sources about the brand, then shows what came back with a note under each section saying where it came from. We do not verify that what third parties hold about you is correct; we report what they returned, and we name them.
This launch covers Brand, Website, Social, Overview and exports, and SEO for your own website. Brand Studio is in alpha. An account alone does not guarantee report access. You also need an available report allowance, enough credits and a plan you have confirmed.
Report depths and price
Snapshot costs 1 credit, Market costs 2 credits, and Deep costs 3 credits. Review the selected sources and maximum data cost before you confirm.
- Snapshot (1 credit): a smaller initial baseline.
- Market (2 credits): a larger sample of your selected sources.
- Deep (3 credits): a larger research sample, with limits shown in the plan.
Higher depths increase the sample size. They do not add every optional source. You choose the social accounts, pages, screenshots and AI review before the report runs. Rankings and links to your own website need their own source selection and may be unavailable.
Report credits and provider usage are separate. Review the selected plan's limits before confirming. Provider estimates and charged provider credits are not a card charge; unknown billed dollars stay unknown.
Published credit packs: 1 credit · $2 and 20 credits · $29. Card checkout is disabled for this launch. The signup page shows any beta credit grant; an operator can also provide credits. The cost planner shows estimates for research options. Using it does not buy anything or start a report.
When a report is charged
A report that produces no evidence is not charged. A report that returns some evidence can still have unavailable sources and is charged at the confirmed report price. Its saved evidence and limitations remain visible.
A report uses credits according to the plan you confirm and the evidence it returns. Data and AI usage are recorded separately. Their estimates are not card charges. Reopening, comparing, downloading or letting an assistant read a saved report does not buy its data again. A new AI review can have an extra cost, which you approve before it starts.
Monitoring
Automatic weekly monitoring, recurring schedules and email digests are outside this launch. You can ask for a new report or another review where offered. Opening a saved report does not collect it again. A missing item in a sample does not prove that it was removed.
Assistant and API access
You can let an assistant read your saved brands and reports. That access is read-only: it cannot buy reports, change your account or spend credits. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Connected assistants, after which it can no longer read your reports.
Owner-created API keys are separate. You choose what each key may do. A key with permission to run reports still follows the same plan approval, credit and access limits. Neither assistant connections nor API keys can start card checkout. Revoke a key to stop its future access.
Credits, refunds and expiry
What we do not promise
- That every source will answer. Sources refuse, rate-limit and go down. When one does, the report says so by name rather than quietly leaving a gap.
- That a report is complete. Each source is a sample with its own limits, and the report states them.
- That the report is a valuation, an audit, or professional advice. It is a record of what was publicly readable at one moment in time.
- Uptime, a response time, or a support window. There is no service-level agreement.
What is not part of the service
AI visibility research, ad research, competitor comparisons, automatic weekly monitoring and creative campaign generation are outside this launch. The service does not build websites, publish content, post to social accounts or run campaigns.
You can select AI review of saved evidence, tone analysis or an AI suggestion for client feedback. These have their own usage costs. Suggestions are never applied automatically.
Your content and ours
You keep every right you already had in your own brand. Running a report grants us no license to your marks beyond what is needed to produce and store the report you asked for. Material collected from third-party platforms remains theirs, and their terms apply to it.
Acceptable use
Run reports on sites you own or have a legitimate business reason to research. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to build a dataset about private individuals, or to work around another site’s access controls.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time. To ask for your account and saved reports to be removed, see the privacy notice.
