The fourteen checks

Reviews

Your Google Business ratings — multi-location aware, so a chain is not collapsed into one listing — and your Trustpilot score with the reviews behind it.

Check 13 of 14.

What happens

Your Google Business listing and your Trustpilot presence — plus, at the standard tier, the questions customers have asked your listing and whether it answered, and the verbatim text behind your Google rating rather than just its average. At the deeper tier, Tripadvisor listings and reviews for the businesses where it is the platform that matters.

Calls it makes

  • DataForSEO POST business_data/google/my_business_info/live — the listing and its aggregate rating
  • POST business_data/business_listings/search/live
  • POST business_data/trustpilot/reviews/task_post then task_get — asynchronous, submitted and collected
  • POST business_data/google/questions_and_answers/live — the questions your Google Business listing has been asked, and every answer it carries
  • POST business_data/google/reviews/task_post then task_get — asynchronous, verbatim review text (not just the star average my_business_info returns)
  • DEEPER SETTINGS ONLY — POST business_data/tripadvisor/search/task_post then task_get, followed by POST business_data/tripadvisor/reviews/task_post then task_get: a second review platform, fired only for restaurant/hospitality/food brands

The facts a reader needs

Language modelNone.
Cost$0.006–$0.02 per pull at the standard tier; the deeper tier's Tripadvisor add is ≈$0.0015–0.008 more, only for the brands it applies to
Depends onNone.
When it is absentmy_business_info returns the aggregate star rating only, not the individual review text — that is what the verbatim-review unit above exists to fill, as its own, separate call. Questions and Answers, and Google's own review text, are only ever there for a brand with a resolvable Google Business listing; a bare multi-location brand name gets the same honest single-listing refusal my_business_info's own header documents, never an empty section presented as a real absence. Tripadvisor never fires for a brand outside this repo's own restaurant_hospitality category — a B2B software company is never billed to render an empty panel.

Who supplies it

  • DataForSEO — Search, SEO, reviews and backlinks. DataForSEO supplies the search data for paid reports and the beta weekly search check; its AI lanes stay parked, and the free read never calls it.
