The fourteen checks
Social
Your live profiles across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X — follower counts, recent posts, real published dates.
Check 03 of 14.
What happens
Public profiles and recent posts across seven platforms. Handles are discovered first, then each platform's profile and post pages are paged through to a per-platform cap. Instagram also carries a tagged-posts strip — public posts other accounts tagged this brand in — for owned profiles only. At tier >= 2: the brand's own YouTube-video transcripts, organic hashtag/keyword mentions on TikTok and Instagram, and a LinkedIn follower honesty note (with a one-credit proxy). At tier >= 3, flag-gated: TikTok audience demographics and permanent Instagram media.
Calls it makes
ScrapeCreators GET v1/google/search — official-handle discovery, plus profile search as a fallback for unresolved platformsGET v1/instagram/profile + v2/instagram/user/posts (pageCap 4, ~12 posts per page)GET v1/tiktok/profile + v3/tiktok/profile/videos (pageCap 3)GET v1/facebook/profile + v1/facebook/profile/posts (pageCap 5 — Facebook returns only 3 posts per page)GET v1/linkedin/company + v1/linkedin/company/posts (pageCap 4; LinkedIn hard-caps at 7 pages)GET v1/youtube/channel + v1/youtube/channel-videos (pageCap 3)GET v1/threads/profile + v1/threads/user/posts — Threads' own 20-30-post ceiling, no pagination exists past itGET v1/instagram/user/tagged-posts — owned profiles only, capped at 12, needs the numeric user_id the profile call already resolvedGET v2/instagram/post/comments and v1/tiktok/video/comments — top three posts each, no repliesGET v1/youtube/video/transcript — tier >= 2, top 3 own-channel videos by views, feeds the voice leg's evidence poolGET v1/tiktok/search/{hashtag,keyword} and v1/instagram/search/hashtag — tier >= 2, entity-gated organic mentionsGET v1/linkedin/search/posts — tier >= 2, a post author's follower count as the honest proxyGET v1/tiktok/user/audience — tier >= 3, flag-gated, 26 creditsGET v1/instagram/post?download_media=true — tier >= 3, flag-gated, capped at 3 hero posts
The facts a reader needs
| Language model | None. |
| Cost | ≈ $0.021–$0.036 per pull (14–24 credits at 1 credit per request) + ≈ $0.003 for Threads (2 credits, flat) + ≈ $0.0015 for Instagram tagged posts when the strip returns content (1 credit) + tier 2: ≈ $0.0045 transcripts + ≈ $0.003-0.006 mentions + ≈ $0-0.0015 linkedin proxy + tier 3 (flag-gated): ≈ $0.049 tiktok demographics + up to ≈ $0.063 instagram permanent media |
| Depends on | None for the base platforms. The tier-2 and tier-3 additions above gate on the pull's own tier dial — see src/local/pull-tier.mjs. |
| When it is absent | LinkedIn company pages structurally carry no follower count — the endpoint has no such field — so the report says the count was not returned rather than showing a proxy, unless tier >= 2 pulls the one-credit proxy (always labeled as a post author's count, never the page's own). Post images from Instagram and TikTok arrive as signed CDN links that expire; where we know the expiry we say so — tier >= 3's permanent-media call is the one escape, for Instagram only. Threads, tagged posts, transcripts, mentions, the follower proxy, TikTok demographics and permanent media are all DOCUMENTED-SHAPE additions — built from the vendor's published docs, not a live-verified response. |
